Ingredients:
2 hands full of snow peas
2 hands full of endive
100 diced ham
125 g gnocci
50 ml cream
10 basil leaves
salt & pepper
Steam the snow peas and endive in a pan for 5 minutes, then add the ham and steam for another 3 minutes. Meanwhile wash and finely slice the basil leaves. Add the gnocci and cream and steam/boil for another minute or two. Turn off the heat and stir in the basil, salt and pepper.
